How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items with original tags intact. Please note that customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship MOHA by Geetanjali collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and a unique tracking ID to monitor your package in real-time.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and the handcrafted nature of our fabrics, slight variations may occur.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. For domestic orders within India, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
